Introductions When Zenith Row introduces a candidate to a client, and that candidate is subsequently engaged — whether on a permanent, contract, or fixed-term basis, our fees become payable.
Fees Our fees will be agreed in writing prior to any introduction. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Rebate Policy Where a placed candidate leaves within an agreed rebate period, Zenith Row will offer a partial rebate or replacement candidate as outlined in your individual agreement.
Exclusivity Where an exclusivity arrangement has been agreed, clients must not engage other recruitment firms for the same role during that period.
